An El Niņo climate referred to as "Global Warming" is predicted for 2009 - 2010, which can produce very wet weather with high winds and rising
temperatures resulting in heavier and longer storm patterns leading to
property damage; such as occurred during the winter of 2004. That recent El Niņo
resulted in producing the heaviest rains to our region in 64 years. Wet
weather puts heavy demands on the roofing and waterproofing industry,
therefore, considering the distinct possibility for longer storm
patterns to our region, normally characterized by mid year fair
climate, we recommend taking advantage of the fair weather pattern and ask for a Preventative Maintenance Inspection before the next heavy rains to our region.
