contractor for structural renovations; however, as

Most failures relate to cheap throw-on-installations, i.e. Roof-over-Roof, (Recover) without changing the roof flashing and the Balcony (Re-coat) over soft spongy surfaces leaving hidden structural defects. Roofing shoddy workmanship relates to slipped, and stretched tile without mechanical fasteners resulting in Safety Hazards leaving the roof Underlayment exposed to premature decay from U. V. exposure; bucking water flashing, and unresolved dry rot and termite damage leaving a structurally impaired roof substrate.
